When students or teachers use the AC learning platform, Bonree ONE gathers user experience data, including session health and average usage duration. This data is then visualized through a reporting platform, digitizing user experience across multiple dimensions such as stability, network performance, and interaction performance.

2. Optimizing User Performance Experience: After the project launch, Bonree assisted 51Talk in building a KPI evaluation system to keep core mobile app performance metrics within target ranges. The crash rate dropped from 0.5% to below 0.15%, and internal request error rate decreased from 2% to around 0.53%.
