Bonree Data has recently signed a contract with a government department in Macao, marking its first customer win in the Macao market. The project covers two core modules—Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and IT Infrastructure Monitoring (ITIM)—and is deployed on-premises (private deployment), replacing the customer’s existing  product. The engagement is a significant step in Bonree Data’s expansion into Macao and further demonstrates the company’s integrated solution capabilities across application performance monitoring, IT infrastructure monitoring, and private deployment.

A Breakthrough in Macao, Demonstrating Product Competitiveness

The government department in Macao is an important public-sector institution of the Macao Special Administrative Region, The contract marks Bonree Data’s first customer win in the Macao market. Against the customer’s existing international product stack, Bonree Data successfully achieved a product replacement with its APM and ITIM solutions. This reflects the competitiveness of the company’s products in application performance monitoring and IT infrastructure monitoring, and provides valuable hands-on experience for further expansion into Macao’s public-sector markets.

Adapting to Diverse and Complex IT Environments

A key highlight of this project is Bonree Data’s ability to provide monitoring capabilities for applications and IT infrastructure in the customer’s technology environment. As the IT environments of  public-sector organizations become increasingly diverse and complex, with different technology architectures and increasingly interconnected applications and infrastructure, organizations face higher demands for environmental compatibility, application performance analysis, and infrastructure observability.

With extensive experience in the Chinese market, Bonree Data has developed a deep understanding of the local IT technology ecosystem and complex application environments. In this project, its APM and ITIM modules monitor relevant applications and IT infrastructure within the customer’s environment, helping operations teams understand system status, identify performance anomalies in a timely manner, and support problem analysis and fault localization.

Beyond replacing an international product, this project demonstrates Bonree Data’s ability to adapt to diverse and complex IT environments and deliver application performance monitoring and infrastructure monitoring solutions suited to the needs of customers in the Chinese market. It highlights the adaptability of a Chinese observability provider in serving increasingly diverse and complex technology environments.

Private Deployment to Meet Security Management and Autonomy Requirements

The project adopts a private deployment model to meet the customer’s requirements for data management, system architecture, and security boundaries.

Private deployment allows the system to be deployed and managed in line with the customer’s own infrastructure environment, security policies, and management standards. This helps the customer strengthen control over its operating environment, data access, and system operations, and better meet internal security management requirements.

Combining the monitoring capabilities of APM and ITIM, Bonree Data helps the customer continuously monitor the operating status of applications and infrastructure, detect performance anomalies promptly, and carry out problem analysis, supporting reliable system operation and business continuity management.

System security and high availability depend on a combination of deployment architecture, security policies, and ongoing operations. By aligning its product capabilities with the customer’s actual environment, Bonree Data will support the customer in continuously improving its IT operations monitoring and management framework.

Bonree Data continues to build on its Bonree ONE intelligent observability platform to upgrade its product capabilities, while exploring the application of technologies such as AI observability and operations agents in enterprise IT operations management.

The contract with the government department in Macao is an important starting point for Bonree Data’s expansion in Macao.
